A Massachusetts State Police lieutenant implicated in the late disclosure of another trooper’s role in a fatal crash in December 2023 retired from his position this week amid an investigation into his conduct.
Lt. Anthony Delucia’s retirement was effective as of the close of business on Monday. He was dishonorably discharged from the State Police because his retirement came while he was the subject of an ongoing investigation, a State Police spokesperson confirmed.
