MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A motorcycle crash on Thursday afternoon caused a traffic backup on the Beltline in Madison.
According to Dane County Dispatch, the flex lane is shut down from Todd Drive to the eastbound on ramp at Fish Hatchery Road.
