ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Following the recent severe storms and heavy rainfall, no wake restrictions are in effect for the Rock River in Winnebago County, according to the sheriff’s office.
With high water levels and large debris creating dangerous conditions, boaters are strongly encouraged to stay off the river at this time.
