FLETCHER, N.C. (WLOS) — Jobseekers had the opportunity to connect with over 100 potential employers today at the Western North Carolina Agriculture Center.
As of January, around 200,000 people across the state are unemployed, NC Commerce reports.
Brett Bloomberg, an engineer who says his company recently laid him off, walked up to different company tables today with his resume in hand.
