‘She was very convincing’: Ga. family says scammer guaranteed housing help

ATLANTA, Ga. – Clayton County police detectives are investigating a woman for allegedly impersonating a state housing employee.

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs has also issued a statewide alert for what officials said are “individuals posing as DCA staff in an attempt to scam applicants.”
