An affiliate of Sobel Co. has proposed plans for a multi-family development in Palm Beach County.
Latest plans for the unnamed project show a nine-story condo featuring 82 units. Floorplans would average around 2,340 square feet, and residents would have access to a full suite of on-site amenities, such as a rooftop resort-style swimming pool. Additionally, plans call for a 148-spot parking garage.
