FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man was sentenced Thursday for shooting at two Fresno police officers last winter.
The DA says 41-year-old Bradley Elmer Nicholson was sentenced to 14 years to life in state prison, plus an additional consecutive term of 14 years for his crimes.
It all started on the evening of Dec. 7, 2025, during a Post-Release Community Supervision compliance check.
The officer and Nicholson met in a parking lot near W. Clinton and N. West avenues – but what should have been a routine check turned out to be anything but when Nicholson discharged a .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun toward the officer’s head…
