ROCHESTER, New York — What began as a minor dispute at a concert ended in tragedy when a gunman opened fire on a group of people standing on a porch, killing two individuals—one of whom had no connection to the conflict.
Deadly Shooting After Concert
Authorities say Jermaine Williams, 25, was involved in an altercation with another person during a concert earlier that evening.
Instead of letting the situation end there, prosecutors say Williams followed individuals from the event to a residence in Rochester.
Once there, he allegedly opened fire on people gathered outside the home.
