PENN YAN, NY — A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant April 12, 2026.
Robert T. Sherlock, 58, of East Syracuse was arrested by the Penn Yan Police Department on a warrant issued out of Yates County Superior Court for three counts of criminal contempt in the first degree and one count of aggravated family offense.
Officers were contacted by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office advising they were holding Sherlock on unrelated charges and he would be getting released…
