JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Residents on Brookwood Place in South Jackson say they have been living near a growing sinkhole for three years, and their concerns have fallen on deaf ears.
The sinkhole features caved-in pavement several inches deep, crumbling at the edges.
“What I’m seeing is that we are being overlooked. We’re being forgotten. It’s an accident waiting to happen. A death that’s waiting to happen and sorry will not work for us,” a resident said…
