ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rochelle man faces felony charges Thursday after deputies say he fled from them while intoxicated.
Montavion D Ross, 43, is charged with:
- aggravated DUI during period when driving privileges revoked for prior DUI
- DUI- alcohol
- fleeing or attempt to elude an officer
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- resisting/obstructing a police officer
- various traffic violations
Ross also had an Ogle County warrant for failure to appear.
