SAN ANTONIO – A woman was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday morning along the southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 281 on the North Side.
The crash was reported just after 4:15 a.m. on the St. Mary’s Street ramp onto U.S. Highway 281 southbound.
