60-year-old Salem woman guilty of breaking into ex’s house, attacking woman inside

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 60-year-old Salem woman was found guilty of breaking into a West Salem home and attacking a woman inside, the Polk County District Attorney’s Office announced on Thursday.

According to the DA’s office, Maria Michelle Miller broke into the home of her ex-husband in June 2025 and physically attacked a woman there.

Miller was charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, harassment and trespassing. She was found guilty on all counts by a Polk County jury after a two-day trial…
