The City of Gresham is about to hit a major milestone in a sweeping change to how residents get their water.
In June, the transition to groundwater will be fully online. The project, co-helmed by the city and Rockwood Water People’s Utility District as the Cascade Groundwater Alliance, breaks from the Portland Water Bureau and Bull Run Reservoir.
