Route 4’s iconic Coach House Diner has been sold to a car wash company, NorthJersey.com reports.
Citing documents filed in the Bergen County Clerk’s office, the site at 55 Route 4 was sold on Friday, April 10, to National Express Wash II, LLC.
On LinkedIn, National Express Wash’s bio says that it “owns, operates and develops express car washes in the US with a focus on owned real estate.”…
