Warm through start of weekend, cold front delivers a change soon

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – A cold front arrives during the second half of the weekend and pushes the warmer than average temperatures out. Just a bit of rain is possible Sunday before temperatures drop.

Mainly sunny Friday. This will be the warmest day of the week. Highs for most of us will be in the upper 80s. The record high for April 17 is 91 degrees set in 1955. There’s a better chance of hitting 90 in middle and east Georgia.
