Plans for the former Zettler Hardware site on Innis Road have been refined, and work could start on the project before the end of the year.
Healthy Homes, the housing nonprofit associated with Nationwide Children’s Hospital, bought the 9.2-acre site at 2150 Innis Rd. in 2023, and later tore down the building that had held the hardware store for nearly 40 years.
Jordan Henderson, Director of Multifamily for Healthy Homes, said that the plan for the site involves “a combination of affordable rental and homeownership opportunities.”…
