GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A small business in Grand Rapids is turning to the community for help after flooding and intense wind in recent weeks filled the space with water damage, debris and disappointment.
Severe weather is causing issues at Hillhouse Screenprint & Threadwork. Owner Devin Zdanciewicz told News 8 they’re looking at thousands of dollars in damages.
Zdanciewicz’s duties have shifted from printing and pressing, to cleaning up what Mother Nature left behind.
Flooding concerns on the rise across West Michigan
“It started raining a lot back here and essentially filled up too much and poured into the basement of our building,” said Zdanciewicz.
