Grand Valley State University approves tuition hike, parking permit increase

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Grand Valley State University (GVSU) is raising its tuition prices by 4% ahead of the 2026-27 academic year.

Resident undergraduate students will pay an average of $650 in additional tuition fees per year under the new tuition rates, which were approved by the GVSU Board of Trustees at its Friday, April 17 meeting.
