ICCF Community Homes celebrated the opening of 15 new apartments at 2017 Eastern Ave. SE on Tuesday, May 19, on Grand Rapids’ southeast side. The $4.5 million redevelopment transforms the underutilized rear portion into eight one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom units.
