UPDATE (8:12 p.m.) – The Chief of Police for the Anthony Police Department, Aurora Hernandez, posted that the “situation has been addressed”. Two individuals are now in the custody of law enforcement.
The Chief assures the community “there is no ongoing threat to the public”.
