SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A 19-year-old Sioux Falls man has been arrested for firing a stolen handgun at another person near the zoo Thursday morning.
According to Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Aaron Benson around 10 a.m. Thursday there were multiple reports of a man with a gun who shot at another person at a park near the Great Plains Zoo.

Officers investigating the incident spoke to multiple witnesses on all sides of the park. Witnesses on the south side of the park near 18th Street and Kiwanis Avenue reported there was a man on a bike arguing with another person who was on foot. During this time, witnesses heard a gunshot, and the person on foot took off running towards the south.
Witnesses on the north side of the park near the zoo and the softball fields also reported they heard a gunshot from that location and the man on the bike riding eastbound on 15th Street and Kiwanis Avenue…
