Rapper Ice Spice Involved in Altercation at Hollywood McDonald’s
Rising rapper Ice Spice was involved in a physical confrontation while dining at a McDonald’s in Hollywood earlier this week.
Video footage obtained by TMZ captures the startling incident that took place in the early hours of Wednesday, April 15, 2026. In the clip, Ice Spice, whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston, is seen seated with a friend when another woman enters the restaurant and approaches their table. After a brief exchange of words, the woman suddenly strikes the rapper, who quickly defends herself.
The dispute escalated rapidly, with both women engaging in a scuffle as onlookers rushed to intervene. Ice Spice, dressed in grey sweatpants and a matching hoodie, can be seen maneuvering over tables while the assailant is escorted out. The rapper then picks up the woman’s phone and throws it outside amid a string of expletives, before the confrontation spilled into the parking lot and eventually the street.
Additional cellphone footage shows Ice Spice exchanging heated words with the attacker’s companions as the altercation continued in public.
The woman identified as Vayah told TMZ that she attacked Ice Spice after feeling insulted, claiming the rapper was “rude” while she was attempting to pay a compliment. “After she called me a b—h, I hit her,” Vayah admitted.
Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, issued a statement condemning the unprovoked attack and confirming that a report has been filed with the LAPD. “We will pursue all legal avenues to hold those responsible accountable, including exploring possible liability of the establishment for inadequate security,” Cohen said.
This incident comes shortly after Ice Spice made headlines in February 2026 for a viral social media moment where she surprised a fan by ordering them Wendy’s after a playful request.
Known for hits like “In Ha Mood,” “Big Guy,” and “Munch,” Ice Spice has gained significant attention for collaborations with artists including Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, and PinkPantheress.
Representatives for Ice Spice have been contacted for further comment.
