KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Treasures don’t always glitter. Sometimes, they’re forgotten. And sometimes, they find you.
That’s what happened to Jason Bingham, who made an unexpected discovery in a Bearden basement about a month ago, a World War II-era dog tag belonging to Ewell J. Reagin.
