NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — While it might not look like much now, there are big plans for the former site of Tidewater Park Elementary.
“This is a monumental day, today,” said Tonya Williams, chief executive officer for the William A. Hunton YMCA. “We are so excited to take this step forward to build that brighter future for the city of Norfolk.”
