WASHINGTON (7NEWS) — D.C. police are looking for a driver with Maryland plates after a woman was run over and killed as she was using a crosswalk in the Northwest area on Saturday morning.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), the crash happened around 11:13 a.m. at the intersection of 23rd Street and L Street NW.
