EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah (KUTV) — A 19-year-old survived a dramatic rollover crash on an icy road.
Joseph Lentz was traveling northbound on Mountain View Corridor from Eagle Mountain to West Jordan just before 6 a.m. on Friday when he hit a patch of black ice.
He rolled down the hillside but only suffered a minor injury.

“I just launched, like, probably a good 50 or 60 feet down below,” Lentz said. “I knew it was icy, but I didn’t know just how bad it was. I had hit like a really thick ice patch that I didn’t see coming until it was too late.”…
