COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A 20-year-old woman was found dead in her jail cell on Saturday, according to the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
According to Sheriff Greg Countryman, Columbus Fire and EMS and the Coroner reported to the scene. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has been requested to be part of the standard protocol to investigate the situation.
