1 arrested, 2 still wanted in deadly South Memphis shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is now in custody in connection to a deadly gas station shooting in South Memphis that happened in March, while two other suspects remain on the run.

According to jail records, 44-year-old Terrence Munson has been arrested and charged with facilitation of first-degree murder and tampering with or fabricating evidence.

The charges stem from a March 28 shooting at a gas station on S. Bellevue Boulevard, where a man was shot and later died from his injuries.

Investigators previously identified three suspects believed to be involved, who were seene leaving the scene in a white truck.

Munson is one of those identified. The other two men named by police—Terrence Jefferies, 18, and Dequarius Nash, 29 — are not currently in custody.
