BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — A Carey village councilperson and one-time candidate for mayor has been indicted in a Wood County court on multiple counts of raping at least two minors between 2004 and 2006.
According to Wood County Clerk of Court documents, Evaristo Hernandez was indicted on thirteen charges of first-degree felony Rape on Friday.
