TOLEDO, Ohio — A 24-year-old man is facing a felony charge after a teenager was shot during an argument at an Old West End apartment complex over the weekend.
The suspect, Raven Robinson, is charged with felonious assault.
Court records allege Robinson shot a 16-year-old girl in both feet, breaking a bone in her left foot, during the dispute.
