WEST JEFFERSON, Ohio (WSYX) — Police in West Jefferson are investigating after kayakers discovered human remains in Little Darby Creek early Saturday evening.
Just after 5 p.m., kayakers were in the area of Martin Avenue and North Franklin Street when they came across what appeared to be a woman who was partially submerged in the water.
