Gwinnett County Public School culinary arts students earned top honors at a state competition.
Culinary and Hospitality Management teams at Berkmar High School and Meadowcreek High School earned first, second, and third place in their respective categories at the 2026 Georgia ProStart Invitational.
According to the school system, the Culinary Competition focuses on creative abilities by having teams prepare a three-course meal in 60 minutes using only two butane burners, with no electricity or running water.
