REGION – “Any individual between the ages of 20 to 30 longing for connection and real relationships with a really friendly group of people, even if you are hesitant about the Catholic church, is invited to come check us out,” said Elise Probst, one of the leaders of Bethany Ministry.
Bethany Ministry is a relatively new Young Adult Catholic Ministry in the Central Mass. area. The ministry was created a year ago by one individual: Quinn, who graduated from college and was interested in connecting with other people in this age group who shared common values and interests.
According to Probst, the ministry began with four leaders and four other participants, but in a short time, it has expanded to include 10 leaders. Attendance at weekly events ranges between 10 and 30 individuals, and that number is rapidly growing…
