JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Attorneys for the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) and city of Jackson are firing back, days after the state asked a federal judge to ban the term “airport takeover” from being used in the airport takeover case.
On Friday, JMAA and the city filed responses to the state’s omnibus motion, which was filed in U.S. District Court earlier this month.
