Both locations of Swifty’s Restaurant & Pub remained closed through the weekend despite the business saying that last week’s three-day closure for a “spring break” would end Friday. It faces a deadline this week related to a foreclosure action filed earlier this month against one of its properties.
Neither the Bethlehem original nor the Swifty’s on Everett Road in Colonie was open over the weekend. The “spring break” signs at both had been removed by midday Friday.
