Witness lists and discovery requests are shaping up for a hearing that will help the state decide whether to permit the first-ever cannon testing project in the Adirondack Park.
Among potential testimonials for the applicant in the Adirondack Park Agency’s first adjudicatory hearing since 2011 are former and current U.S. Army representatives from Benet Laboratories, a part of the Army’s research and development branch out of Watervliet.
