Two Bucks County teens have entered not guilty pleas to federal terrorism-related charges for allegedly attempting an ISIS-inspired terrorist attack outside the residence of the New York City mayor.
Emir Balat, 18, of Middletown and Ibrahim Kayumi, 19, of Newtown Township entered the pleas during a brief appearance in Manhattan federal court April 15.
