LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The Lansing Fire Department responded to a fire early Monday at the Flap-Jack restaurant on Grand River Avenue near the Frandor Shopping Center.
The fire broke out around 5:30 a.m. and spread to a neighboring restaurant, Jersey Giant.
Fire officials told News 10 that the blaze started in the kitchen. Employees arriving to open the restaurant noticed the fire and called 911.
When crews arrived, they found flames had traveled through the exhaust to the roof. Firefighters quickly contained the fire, and it was later extinguished…
