ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A home that appeared to be undergoing renovations on Costar Street went up in flames.
A News 8 crew went to the scene of the fire Monday morning. It is unknown if anyone was living at the home.
It has not been confirmed if there was anyone inside the home at the time of the fire or if there were any injuries to civilians or firefighters…
