TOLEDO, Ohio — Three people were taken to the hospital for treatment following a fire at a west Toledo church, authorities said Monday morning.
Toledo Fire and Rescue crews responded to the Community House Church in the 3700 block of West Laskey Road at 7:18 a.m. According to TFRD, the fire originated in the kitchen, with the cause of the fire currently unknown.
All occupants of the building were able to evacuate safely, TFRD said, adding that three civilians were evaluated on scene and transported to the hospital for further care. TFRD did not specify the nature or severity of their injuries…
