Sagard Real Estate has taken the wraps off nearly 332,000 square feet of new industrial space in Staten Island, adding to the warehouse stock around New Jersey’s key port submarkets.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, which spearheads leasing at the site, the project at One Nassau Place is the largest new construction single-story warehouse available in New York City.
