TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers navigating the area near North 20th Street should prepare for a slower commute starting this morning.
The Tampa Water Department has announced that the westbound lane of East Hanna Avenue, stretching from North 20th Street to North 22nd Street, will be shut down daily to allow crews to perform essential maintenance on the local water distribution system.
The orange cones are scheduled to go out at 9:00 AM each morning. To help keep the evening rush moving, city officials confirmed that all lanes will be reopened to traffic by 4:00 PM daily.
