Phillipsburg’s second adult-use, recreational marijuana store is open along New Jersey’s border with Pennsylvania.
Broad Street Buds began its soft opening April 16, ahead of its grand opening planned for early May, general manager Garrett Wolk said Monday.
It’s open seven days a week to customers 21 and older with valid identification at 51 N. Broad St., next to Invertase Brewing Co. and Burley’s Gym. Hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with an 8 a.m. start projected after the grand opening. The store does not have a medical license…
