Man with ties to NE PA arrested on child exploitation charges; held on$1 million bail

HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN CO. — A man with connections to several northeastern Pennsylvania counties is in custody after authorities say he was found hiding in a home while wanted on multiple warrants and under investigation for child exploitation offenses.

Attorney General Dave Sunday announced the arrest of 41-year-old Noel Tirado, who had outstanding warrants in Lehigh, Northampton, and Monroe counties—regions that include parts of northeastern Pennsylvania.

Investigators say Tirado was taken into custody earlier this month at a home in Bethlehem, where agents located him hiding under blankets on a child’s bed…
