FORT BENNING, Ga. (WRBL) — Officials with the Fort Benning Maneuver Center of Excellence announced on Monday a list of the individuals selected for induction into the 2026 Ranger Hall of Fame.
According to officials, induction into the Ranger Hall of Fame serves to commemorate and perpetuate the legacy of the most distinguished U.S. Army Rangers and civilians in the nation’s history.
The inductees for the 2026 Ranger Hall of Fame are listed below:
- Retired Gen. Richard D. Clarke
- Retired Gen. Daniel B. Allyn
- Retired Gen. Stephen J. Townsend
- Retired Maj. Gen. Clarence KK Chinn
- Retired Col. Larry Perino
- Retired Maj. Douglas Philippone
- Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Colin M. Boley
- Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Walter E. Rakow
- Sgt. 1st Class Matt L. Rierson (Posthumous)
- Peter Dencker, Army Veteran
- Mr. Blair Brown (Honorary)
- Ms. Candyss Bryant (Honorary)
