SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Have you seen this man?
The Syracuse Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding 45-year-old Kawon Felton. He is said to be a 5’11”, 170 lb Black male with black hair and brown eyes.
His last known address is the Dickerson Street Rescue Mission; however, he has not stayed there since the incident, police say. Additionally, he has 94 prior local arrests.
Felton is wanted after a victim reported that they were punched twice in the face by him. He then forcibly stole their duffel bag, which had a cell phone, $150 in cash, and other personal property…
