ROOTSTOWN − The principal of Rootstown Elementary School, already reprimanded and replaced with an interim leader for the remainder of the school year, will be alllowed to retire.
Rootstown Local Schools Board of Education voted unanimously April 20 to “approve the irrevocable resignation of Jeffrey Turner effective at the close of business on July 31, 2026, for purposes of retirement.”
