PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) — Rootstown Local Schools has replaced its elementary principal after parents complained about a sensitive incident they say was covered up.
“On February 18, a boy exposed himself to my 9-year-old daughter,” Rootstown Elementary parent Brad Biltz said in a Facebook post, sharing his concerns after he says the district mishandled a sensitive situation.
