Pontiac community pushes for road repairs as potholes force drivers into oncoming traffic

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – Potholes on two connected roads in northeast Richland County have become so deep they are forcing drivers into oncoming traffic, according to neighbors in the Pontiac community.

Residents say Jabay and Jacobs drives, which run between Two Notch Road and Spears Creek Church Road, are deteriorating as traffic volume increases. The roads are maintained by the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
